We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver our products. We entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
Returns for Refunds
This policy only applies to purchases done in the U.S.
- We will be happy to assist you with returns on defective and non-defective items.
- The item must be returned 15 days after you receive it.
- We offer free return shipping.
- Refunds start processing as soon as the item is received back in our offices, Mon - Fri; and could take up to 7 business days or more to be back in your account depending on your financial institution.
- A full refund will be honored in the same form used to purchase.
- No returned fees will be charged.
- Exchanges are accepted.
