We use the services of the USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver our products. We entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong. Which is the same we ourselves expect as consumers.
Returns for Refunds
This policy only applies to purchases done in the U.S.
- We will be happy to assist you with returns on defective and non-defective items.
- The item must be returned 15 days after you receive it
- We offer free return shipping.
- A full refund will be honored in the same form used for purchase.
- Refunds start processing as soon as the item is received back in our offices, Mon - Fri - depending on the payment system used and the customer's bank processing time; however, it's important to contact your bank if you haven't seen the refund after 14 business days.
